Ultimate Breakfast Parfait


1 container of 2 or 5% Plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup of bran cereal such as All Bran or Smart Bran
10 raspberries or blueberries
1 tsp of ground flax seed
1 tsp of Hemp Hearts
Raw walnuts or almonds
Layer ingredients in bowl or mason jar, sprinkle with nuts & enjoy!
